Test gauge replaces multiple devices, offers intrinsic safety ratings

Cameron Instruments has introduced the XP2i test gauge. Since the unit provides the % of reading specification it allows technicians to replace multiple gauges with just one device.

ATEX/IECEx/CSA intrinsic safety ratings allow for its use in hazardous environments, a rugged design makes it suitable to use in the field under any condition, and its non-menu easy-to-use user interface, the gauge has something that makes everybody’s job easier, Cameron Instruments says.

Additionally, the unit also has multiple accuracy levels to choose from (0.1% of Reading, 0.025% F.S. & 0.05% F.S.), low absolute pressure ranges, datalogging upgrade software enabling users to store up to 32,000 points and free configuration software allowing them to tailor the gauge to their use or transform it into something entirely different (like a tank level gauge).
